Collision Concepts celebrated a ‘best of times’ moment in January when we reached a significant milestone…our 20th anniversary.  Over these past two decades we have seen the business grow to become the market leader in Lincoln.  We have embraced new technologies and methods of doing business to bring greater value to our customers and to provide a better work environment for our employees.  We have watched a generation of children grow up and, in the case of my son Ryan, join our team at Collision Concepts.  We have become ever more integrated into the life and happenings of Lincoln, including the Toys For Tots campaign and the hosting of our annual Pink Pumpkin fundraising event to support breast cancer research and care.  And we have been privileged to build positive working relationships with other professionals in the Lincoln area like you and your staff.  While our team has worked hard over the past two decades, we recognize that we have been blessed to serve Lincoln and we thank you for your contributions to our success to date.

But even in the midst of celebration, if the Coronavirus pandemic has taught us anything, it is that life can change in a moment.

In these times of uncertainty, I wanted to let you know our plans for Collision Concepts.  As an ‘essential’ business, we are remaining open to provide for the needs of our customers and businesses that rely upon us.  It is our hope that by remaining open we eliminate at least one potential worry and provide some comfort to everyone in Lincoln that any collision repair need they may have can be addressed.

We recognize that this situation is fluid and that it may change.  Government mandates or illness or supply chain disruptions could all make it impossible for us to remain open at some point.  I promise that we will keep you in the loop of any potential changes to our operational status.

While the storm clouds are circling at this time, we look forward to the day when the storm breaks and life gets back to a new ‘normal.’  We are excited about continuing to serve the Lincoln area and are eager to see what we are able to accomplish with the help of others over our next 20 years of business.  In the meantime, we are here to help you and this community press through these current trials.

While many know of the quote I shared at the beginning of this message, far fewer likely know how that paragraph ends.

Winter is over, spring has arrived.  May you be filled with hope for the better times ahead!
