Collision Concepts has achieved both of these certifications. We offer a lifetime warranty and we guarantee each repair meets our high standards and expectations of the customer. Following each repair from beginning to the end, our production manager monitors the repair, and ensures the timely completion of repairs.

Computerized Estimating and Communication
We use all major software systems; CCC Pathways, Audatex and Mitchell Ultramate. This allows us to communicate electronically with every insurance company. A computer generated estimate also ensures accuracy and integrity when restoring your damaged vehicle.

Customer Service Indexing
To ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive at Collision Concepts, we use a third-party company called CSI Complete to poll customers on their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the repairs, the center and the insurance company. Our CSI average is 99%!
